A chisel is a hand tool which is used by woodworkers and carpenters for cutting and carving wood like hard materials. It's one side has a sharp edge while the other side called handle is used for gripping purpose. The sharp edge side is made of metal or steel while the handle side can be of wooden or metal. When a material like wood which is to be cut or carved, this chisel is forced into the wood with the help of driving force applied with hammer or mallet. It comes in a range of width and length sizes and are used accordingly to the types and variety of tasks which are to be done.

    Woodworking Chisel
